Snackable delicious content
For this project, the goal was to create high-energy, "snackable" short-form content that didn’t sacrifice the brand's premium identity. I produced a Reel featuring the preparation of a Gazpacho, focusing on how to blend a professional, dark, and contrasty aesthetic with a touch of playful storytelling.
To achieve this look, I used a precise lighting setup consisting of two softboxes positioned at the sides. By carefully flagging the lights, I was able to control the spill and create a deep, dark background that makes the vibrant colors of the ingredients pop. I utilized a variation of butterfly lighting to create flattering but moody shadows, ensuring the textures of the food remained the star of the show. To keep the frame as clean as possible, I placed the glass on a mirror; this minimized visual distractions and added an extra layer of depth to the composition.
Beyond the technical execution, I wanted to inject personality into the video. I chose to let the drink spill slightly on purpose to give it a more natural, playful feel. To add a narrative element to such a short format, I included a moment where a hand tries to "steal" the drink at the end. These small, intentional choices transformed a simple recipe video into a engaging piece of micro-storytelling that feels both high-end and human.
